Important Dates

    Opening Date for Registration: 18 January 2014
    Closing Date for Registration: 17 February 2014 till 17.30 Hrs
    Date of Examination: 15 April 2014

Educational Qualification: The candidates must have qualified Matriculation exam along with course completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT in the respective trade from recognized institute/ university.

Age Limit: Between 18 Years to 30 Years as on 01 July 2014.

Exam Fee (For All posts): Rs 40/-, Only General/OBC Male candidates

How to Apply
The candidates have to fill the prescribed format in his/her hand writing and send the application along with exam fee and other mandatory documents to the respective RRB Office by ordinary post. The last date for receipt of the application format is 17 February 2014 till 17.30 Hrs.

Pay Scale:-

Technical Assistant :- Rs. 9300-34800 with G.P. 4200/-

Junior Chemist :- Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2800/-
Scientific Assistant :- Rs. 5200-20200 with G.P. 2800/-
Senior Technical Assistant :- Rs. 9300-34800/-with G.P. 4600/-

Educational Qualifications:-

Application Fee :- Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only). No fee for SCs, STs, Female candidates, Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen. However, such EXS candidates who have already secured employment under the Central Govt. in Civil side after availing the benefit given to them as EXS for their re-employment are eligible for age-relaxation only prescribed for EXS for securing another employment in a higher grade but will not be eligible for the benefit for reservation for EXS & would have to pay the requisite fee of Rs. 50/- for this recruitment. Fee concession is not admissible to sons & daughters or dependents of EXS. Service Clerks in the last year of their color service are also not exempted from payment of fee.
