Age Limit: - As ( 31.12.2012 ) Not less than 21 and not more than 28 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit would be available as under: - (all posts) -
Castes (SC ) and Scheduled Tribes ( ST) - 5 years
Other Backward Classes ( OBC ) below the creamy layer - 3 years
Persons with disabilities ( PWD) - 5 year (unreserved ) , 10 years (SC / ST ) and 8 years ( OBC )
All persons normally have been domiciled in Kashmir Division of J & K State during 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989 - by 5yars
Members Children / family members of those who died in the 1984 riots - 5 years
Ex -Military ( for all messages as shown above) - 5 years
Educational Qualifications : - ( * as the December 31, 2012 ) Degree in any discipline Minimum 60% marks (55 % in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST ) or Master Degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 55 % marks ( 50 % in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST ) or CA / ICWA / MBA with minimum 55% marks ( 50 % in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST).
Selection Procedure: - The selection would be through written test , interview and / or group exercise only . The details of the structure of the written test is given in the notice below
Application Fee: - make the payment of fees online by debit / credit card / net banking through the link provided as the online application form is filled . Do not accept any other form of payment of fees. Online payment of Rs . 500 / - as non refundable application fee for General , OBC , ex-servicemen candidates . Online payment of Rs . 50 / - as communication charges not reimbursable for SC / ST and PWD candidates . In case of failure of registration after payment online , the candidate must re-register and pay the fees again. The entry will be reversed from the previous payment to the account of the candidate at the time.

After applying online , the candidate is required to download the system generated print application. This system generated printout of the application must be signed by the candidate and kept ready for submission at the time of Group Discussion / Interview.
