National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) has been assigned the Rural Electrification works in Bihar under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyutikaran Yojna (RGGVY) respectively. NHPC has been allotted the Rural Electrification works for strengthening & augmentation of Distribution and Sub-Transmission system in the state of Bihar are being implemented to six districts viz. Darbhanga, Madhubani, East Champaran, West Champaran, Sitamarhi and Sheohar. These schemes are being implemented and on completion in a time bound manner on priority basis.
NHPC urgently requires Engineers in Electrical Discipline on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period upto 31.03.2013 and may be extended for a further period as per the requirements and sole discretion of NHPC Ltd .

Detail of Vacancies :-

Engineer (Electrical)

Age Limit :- Minimum age 21 years and Upper age limit is 30 years as on 31/10/2013.

Pay Scale :- Rs. 16,500/- per month and Rs. 3000/- for using the vehicle for office use if any owned by self.

Educational Qualifications :- BE/B/Tech. degree/AMIE in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Candidates having minimum 01 year experience in Rural Electrification works shall be given preferences.

How To Apply :- Interested Candidate Walk-in-interview for the post of Engineer (Electrical) on Fixed Tenure Basis will be conducted on 29th November 2013. Candidate shall report for Registration between 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM only in our office at NHPC Ltd., Vidyut Bhawan-II, 2nd Floor, J.N. Nehru Marg, Bailey Road, Patna (Bihar), Pin- 800021.
