    Written test - ( A) The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi ) and the lens type .
    ( B ) The question paper consists of four parts , ie English, Science , Mathematics and General Knowledge .
    ( C ) The standard of the question paper shall be 10 2 and the syllabus for the examination is also available on the website www.nausena - bharti.nic.in .
    ( D ) Duration of question paper will be one hour .
    ( E) Candidates are required to pass in all sections and in aggregate .

    Physical Fitness Test ( PFT ) .
    ( a) Classification in Physical Fitness Test is mandatory for selection.
    ( B ) PFT will consist of 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups ( Uşak Baithak ) and 10 push-ups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at your own risk .

    ( A) The medical examination will be conducted by authorized military doctors as the medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to sailors on entry .
    ( B ) The minimum height of 157 cms. Weight and Chest should be proportionate . The minimum chest expansion of 5 cms.
    ( C ) Good mental , medical and physical health free from any disease / disability, likely to interfere with the efficient performance of its functions. Color perception : CP II.
    ( D ) No Cardio - vascular disease , surgical deformities like knock knee , flat feet etc. infection of ears, no history of fits or psychiatric ailment , varicose vein , corrective surgery for eye sight etc.
    ( E) medical standard should be in accordance with the detailed guidelines issued by IHQ MoD (Navy) in NO ( SPL ) 01 /2008.

Selection Procedure :- The selection of the candidates will be based on written/online test and / or group discussion
followed by interview. The Test will be conducted on-line at the identified centres. The list of identified centres will be
made available in on-line application and candidates have to choose the centre for test at the time of on-line registration. However, Bank reserves the right to change the test centres in case of exigencies and allot the candidates to any other centres. The details of test pattern are as under in Advertisement.

Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fees once paid will NOT be refunded on any count nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

How To Apply :-  The candidates can apply only for one post. The applications of candidates applying for more than one post and / or submitting Multiple Applications/Registrations for the same post will be summarily rejected and the application fee/ intimation charges will be forfeited. The candidates can apply only online from 06.05.2014 to 22.05.2014 (both days inclusive) and no other mode of application will be accepted.
